Pros
A lot of flexibility and responsibility. Many challenges that keep the job interesting.
Cons
Management does not have a good grasp on what associates are doing and what is needed and the best way to provide their services. They over grow the account until it is too large and have to cut back at the direction of the client. As an associate you put in a lot of time and effort only to be cast aside because management has over-hired. They tout the opportunities to advance and then block that advancement and hire from outside.
