      Pros

      Plenty of training ahead of time on skills and knowledge needed to effectively perform your job. Staff was also quick to respond and easy to get ahold of. Getting to make a difference in someone else's life.

      Pros

      I have never had any issues contacting the team and having concerns resolved, and the family/work balance has been wonderful. The professional development opportunities and college discounts are greatly appreciated.

      Cons

      Health insurance coverage could be improved, and the steps to become an RBT could be quicker. Additionally, we currently have no PTO, vacation, or sick time, though they do make you aware of this when you're hired.
