      I loved the kids I worked with and I enjoyed the free trainings provided to us as well as most of the staff team.

      Cons

      as with most careers in mental health, hard to see dynamic room for growth without having to get another degree.

      Pros

      I have never had any issues contacting the team and having concerns resolved, and the family/work balance has been wonderful. The professional development opportunities and college discounts are greatly appreciated.

      Cons

      Health insurance coverage could be improved, and the steps to become an RBT could be quicker. Additionally, we currently have no PTO, vacation, or sick time, though they do make you aware of this when you're hired.
