Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with CCRES. As an HR organization looking to provide it's staff with opportunities, we are thrilled to now offer health benefits to our staff working a minimum of 30 hours/week! We are happy to hear this was something you were excited to hear, too. Flexibility on case assignment location from staff is important as we staff based on the programs priority need at that time. While we cannot guarantee placement, we do our best to place staff in a location that is not only commutable, but a client/staff match that will be successful. We thank all of our staff for their level of understanding and flexibility to support our clients based on medical necessity. Thank you for providing your feedback on your experience with CCRES!

Pros

I have never had any issues contacting the team and having concerns resolved, and the family/work balance has been wonderful. The professional development opportunities and college discounts are greatly appreciated.

Cons

Health insurance coverage could be improved, and the steps to become an RBT could be quicker. Additionally, we currently have no PTO, vacation, or sick time, though they do make you aware of this when you're hired.
