We are grateful to you for letting us know about your enjoyment for the work/life balance the IA position provided to you. Many of our staff enjoy this piece of the position as they are able to work when their children are in school and then be off at the same time as them! As the position is fee-for-service, vacation days are not offered in the Instructional Assistant role, however, we encourage you to reach back out to CCRES at hr@ccres.org to discuss other positions that may offer vacation time. Thank you again for sharing your feedback!

Pros

I have never had any issues contacting the team and having concerns resolved, and the family/work balance has been wonderful. The professional development opportunities and college discounts are greatly appreciated.

Cons

Health insurance coverage could be improved, and the steps to become an RBT could be quicker. Additionally, we currently have no PTO, vacation, or sick time, though they do make you aware of this when you're hired.
