Pros
Both of the Case Managers and BCBAs I worked with were always happy to help and provided a lot of great information. The case managers were eager to hear your feedback and willing to make changes for any concerns you had.
Cons
It is told to BHTs that their daily reports should be completed while they are working with their client, but the truth is, (at least in my case) it was not possible to complete the daily report while I was working. (And there are multiple reasons for this: the school did not allow outside workers access the the wifi, the client was not safe with technology, etc). Therefore, I spent time outside of work to complete my daily reports. During this time, I was technically not being paid for the work I was doing.
