CCRES Response

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave CCRES a positive review. We are thrilled that you are happy with with the schedule, pay rate and work atmosphere. Our recruiters strive to find a good match between candidates desires and the individuals who need services, in order to create an ideal schedule for each staff member. Also, we just increased our rates in January for many positions in response the impact of COVID and to ensure that CCRES continues to offer the best rates in the industry. Although you can be autonomous, we also have a team of people in our main office, and partners out in the field, to provide support for staff when needed. We always welcome communication from our CCRES team of professionals! As mentioned, you are paid when you work with clients and there can be absences on occasion and school closings depending on your setting. Taking advantage of these moments and scheduled school closures can be a great way to maintain a healthy work life balance and is a plus for working parents who want to be home when school is closed. If this becomes problematic, please contact our office hr@ccres.org or 484-593-5040, to problem solve ways to maintain enough work hours. We always have additional cases to supplement your income if needed! Overall, we strive to "make a difference every day" with the communities and families we serve, as well as with our staff. We appreciate you and your contribution to CCRES. Thank you again all of your hard work and dedication!

Pros

I have never had any issues contacting the team and having concerns resolved, and the family/work balance has been wonderful. The professional development opportunities and college discounts are greatly appreciated.

Cons

Health insurance coverage could be improved, and the steps to become an RBT could be quicker. Additionally, we currently have no PTO, vacation, or sick time, though they do make you aware of this when you're hired.
