CCRES Response

Thank you for your terrific review! CCRES is an excellent option for parents or those who require flexible hours because our schedules typically coincide with the school day! Our recruiters strive to match our employees to assignments by taking into account a number of factors. We match the needs of the individual that we will provide service for, with employee’s preferences for specific populations, age group, location and desired number of work hours. It is a great opportunity to maximize your work/life balance with days off throughout the year and on holidays. CCRES listens to staff feedback and makes changes when we are able. Two recent examples include raising the hourly rates of many positions in recognition of the challenges brought on by COVID-19, which solidifies our rates to be among the highest in the region! Secondly, in response to feedback we have received from our employees, CCRES now offers additional benefits including health care options and employee assistance. We truly appreciate staff feedback and value the dedicated service of the professionals that we work with! We could not impact the lives of so many, fulfill our mission of giving back to the community with grants and sponsorships, and "make a difference every day" without the hard work of the staff in the field. We always welcome your feedback, so if there is anything further we can assist you with to make your work life better with CCRES please reach out 484-593-5040 or hr@ccres.org!

Pros

I have never had any issues contacting the team and having concerns resolved, and the family/work balance has been wonderful. The professional development opportunities and college discounts are greatly appreciated.

Cons

Health insurance coverage could be improved, and the steps to become an RBT could be quicker. Additionally, we currently have no PTO, vacation, or sick time, though they do make you aware of this when you're hired.
