CCRES offers yearly pay increases in most positions and also offers paid training to advance in your career, which contributes to the longevity of our staff and overall satisfaction. I am sorry that things did not work out with your client. It can be very frustrating when assignments change. There are many factors that impact BHT assignments, from student eligibility, to client factors, and scheduling to name a few. Pros

I have never had any issues contacting the team and having concerns resolved, and the family/work balance has been wonderful. The professional development opportunities and college discounts are greatly appreciated.

Cons

Health insurance coverage could be improved, and the steps to become an RBT could be quicker. Additionally, we currently have no PTO, vacation, or sick time, though they do make you aware of this when you're hired.
