Pros

Paid training Educational Offers Work with kids

Cons

No sick days No vacation days Don’t get kid on holidays and in services Basic benefits that have little coverage Only basic doctor visits, no testing covered, surprise medical bills yet costly. Does not cover hospital. Says it covers specialists, but still bills you. If you don’t need health insurance, decent job. Pay is ok, not great. Biweekly pay. Delayed payment due to notes needing to clear. 6 weeks until first check.

Pros

I have never had any issues contacting the team and having concerns resolved, and the family/work balance has been wonderful. The professional development opportunities and college discounts are greatly appreciated.

Cons

Health insurance coverage could be improved, and the steps to become an RBT could be quicker. Additionally, we currently have no PTO, vacation, or sick time, though they do make you aware of this when you're hired.
