Pros
This is an acceptable place to work while you go to school as it does not require a degree of any kind. Health benefits are cheap if you only elect to cover yourself.
Cons
Compensation is not based on meritocracy. There is a lot of nepotism (as you would expect with a smaller, family run business). Upper management is fairly inexperienced which impacts employee development and advancement. Opportunities for advancement are severely limited due to the hierarchy structure in place. Health benefit costs increase dramatically when electing to cover dependents. While a college degree is not required to work here, having one is not necessarily beneficial to your career here.
