Pros
I really do enjoy what I do. I have been with this company a little more than 4 years and feel like I have made differences in people’s lives. I have also gained many friendships with my co-workers. It is a great place to work if you want to help people.
Cons
Everyday I feel something is going to change. Policies and procedures are constantly changing which do not need to be. I work very hard to move up in the company, however it is challenging because it is becoming more like who you know and not what you know to move up. I do not feel appreciated as I did when I first started. It’s not fun coming to work anymore. I would also like to mention employees in certain departments are not held to the same standard as others.
