Okay - Customer Service COPS Monitoring Employee Review

There is no communication between management and employees on procedure changes. Also the company does not take into account of how taxing the actual job is. More often than not I have had conversations with management about it and their responses were something to the extent of "well we give you guys PTO you can use as you please" which is not the case because the system in place for PTO is designed for it to be as inconvenient as possible.
