Pros
Pay isn't too bad, there are good benefits if you stay in long enough, fellow employees are pretty good people
Cons
They make you feel as though your job is on the line pretty often, you are watched at all times with cameras, all your phone calls are recorded and critiqued. I'd say only work here on a very temporary basis until better employment is found.
