Pros

As many hours as you want, as long as production is up.

Cons

Thought it was an incredible opportunity, but I was sorely mistaken and wasted countless hours and days of my life. Management did not provide me with the equipment I needed to get the job done and left me working in unsafe standards. Do not be fooled by this, as safety is just about the only thing they care about, as do other employees, for their safety bonuses. I was promised the equipment my job (and the employee workbook) entitled me to, for years, and eventually ended up getting injured in the process. Due to management's lack of responsibility, I was injured on the job ( a HUGE no-no) and will confidently say that I was fired because of it. This was three days after I was cleared to return to work and my proper equipment had FINALLY arrived, per higher managements request. I would highly advise avoiding this company as something any more than a short-term employer. Management at my plant also had higher up management in their back pocket from knowing them for years and getting away with unethical practices.

Pros

Overall, it’s a really good company—probably some of the best benefits in the industry, and that’s one of the main reasons I chose to work here.

Cons

My advice to anyone considering it: be careful about the promises you’re made during the hiring process. Make sure everything is put in writing, and make sure it’s exact—your position, job description, responsibilities, and what is expected of you. Things can change. If the person who hired you leaves or moves on, the person who replaces them may see things differently and change everything. That can include doing away with the position you were hired for and moving you into a completely different role—one you may have never left your previous job to take in the first place.
