Pros
If you're desperate to get a job in radio, this might be the place for you. If you want to observe the slow, painful death of radio in America, this might be the place for you. They don't do drug tests or background checks, so they'll just hire anyone.
Cons
The corporate overlords do not care about their staff, nor the quality of the product. All departments have slashed their budgets and workforces to the bone, but are still tasked with more work than they could possibly do correctly, so shortcuts and incompetence about at every step. The company is only concerned with the all-mighty dollar. I know every business exists to make money, but this is a company where the only way your department could get the resources and tools necessary to do their work is if an in-kind advertising arrangement can be made. The pay offered is so low that it was difficult to find entry-level workers. People literally left to work at places like Target and Walmart because the pay and benefits were better there.
