Favors male employees more than female employees. Upper management only care about the bottom dollar, they used to care about the employees but not so much anymore.

Pros

- Friendly office environment - Provided with helpful onboarding materials - lots of snacks - Senior management was very nice but seemed out of touch and in their own world

Cons

- management would "whisper" about BLM and LGBTQ not belonging in their neighborhood... pretty stupid since the whole office can actually hear you and many people of color work here - start time advertised at 8 AM then when after I started told it was actually 6:30 AM - low pay - management/supposed teammates excluded drafters from team bonding and ignored us until they needed us to fix their mistakes
