The pay. The benefits. The people. The ability to move and grow within the company is endless. Mike Cannon cares about his employees and their happiness.

Cons

Lack of communication from project managers to employees. Main office staff can be brash and somewhat catty making it hard for new employees to feel comfortable getting help or doing their job with confidence.

- Friendly office environment - Provided with helpful onboarding materials - lots of snacks - Senior management was very nice but seemed out of touch and in their own world

Cons

- management would "whisper" about BLM and LGBTQ not belonging in their neighborhood... pretty stupid since the whole office can actually hear you and many people of color work here - start time advertised at 8 AM then when after I started told it was actually 6:30 AM - low pay - management/supposed teammates excluded drafters from team bonding and ignored us until they needed us to fix their mistakes
