      Company dont care about employees, to many chiefs and not enough Indians, overworked and underpaid

      Decent pay after time, can get time off sometimes, patient's make it worth the wild

      Pros

      It’s a good company with a lot of great people. Have had a lot of support and leaders seem to really care about quality and staffing ratios.

      Cons

      Better communication on schedule up front would be nice, but we worked through it.
