      Uniforms provided, wage was ok, enjoyed most of my co-workers & loved the residents

      Cons

      Constantly getting called off, management definitely plays favorites, extremely high rate of turnover in staff in ALL DEPTS, paychecks were always wrong, rarely ever got breaks, they feed their residents generic Little Debbie type snacks for snacktime, meals for the residents are absolutely pathetic, esp considering the cost of their stay

      Pros

      It’s a good company with a lot of great people. Have had a lot of support and leaders seem to really care about quality and staffing ratios.

      Cons

      Better communication on schedule up front would be nice, but we worked through it.
