      Low pay no communication can’t keep administrators but for one year can’t keep director of nursing and assistant one every 6-12 months very sad so sad

      Pros

      It’s a good company with a lot of great people. Have had a lot of support and leaders seem to really care about quality and staffing ratios.

      Cons

      Better communication on schedule up front would be nice, but we worked through it.
