Pros

Work from home, little driving

Cons

Horrible new EMR, RIF 100 people in one day, lots of meeting, lots of training, lots of questions for members who rarely answer their phones, few resources to help members, labor intensive new EMR, state in mission that they care about employees, no room for growth, ineffective procedures, ineffective management.

CareSource is consistently looking for the best ways to serve our members in all our markets. When new efficiencies allow us to better align with industry standards, we work hard to bring them to life with a people-first mindset. We’re sorry it didn’t feel that way to you and we appreciate the feedback. We remain committed to serving members as mission-driven, healthcare with heart and will use your feedback to help us grow.

Pros

N/a -the original trainer for my training class was great she ended up separating from the job in the middle of our training

Cons

I think when you first apply the pat information is misleading it says $40k-$52k/year but the base pay is $18.30/hr it isn’t based off experience they are factoring in incentive that you aren’t eligible for until you are out of training and nesting Also they didn’t take my ada form seriously I got it filled out and signed by my doctor as I was told to do by hr and literally they didn’t do anything which made my mental health much worse than it would’ve been if they would’ve helped. Also during training one of the trainers (Chelsea) mic was muted and she was trash talking and cursing about the employee in the training class and she mentioned how it was one trainee who was the topic was the only one who knew how to do the f-ing job it was ridiculous and humiliating for the rest of the training class because now we feel bad because we just heard you say this
