Pros
• Decent salary for the area • Staff try to do the best with what they have • Administration/Management is getting better • Some truly amazing peers. Have made friendships that have lasted years and through multiple moves and company changes • If you can learn who to go to within departments to get things done, it's very helpful and makes the process much easier • Many support departments are working on better processes. Always listens to constructive and helpful feedback (not just complaining without ideas)
Cons
• Too many layers of approvals, so it takes forever to get things done • Hard to move up in certain fields/positions • Some staff is allowed to slack and not reprimanded • Some are rewarded for complaining and challenging management instead of promoting those who work hard • Some management grandfathered in from pre-Clinic restructuring and not required to get Masters like new management in same level. •like all/many companies, they need more staff in a lot of areas (but there will always be that need) • Needs to remove politics/relationships from business decisions more often
