Pros
A few nice people, nice window views from many offices, one work from home day a week.
Cons
Extremely poor management, team members are afraid or just don't want to help new people and it is very frustrating, managers are on a different wing as all of the employees and each department is run by the team members pretty much which equals chaos, structure changes every few weeks, priorities change every few weeks, nothing gets done, managers don't help you and sometimes will hurt you because they cannot keep confidential conversations confidential, some are out to get you and so they will try to "get you in trouble", A lot of pettiness and gossip. Pay is very poor! Education is a joke because you are taught by the software company, have to take difficult exams that you must pass but then they tell you that you must learn the Carilion way and forget what you learned. You must continually take exams like this and study on your own time. Most have to be on call and if they tell you it will only be a few times a month don't believe it. And, you must log every second you work into several systems which takes up a lot of time.
