I love the staff I work alongside each shift

Cons

I feel little support from management, There is a lot of favoritism and they will always pick an agency or an IC nurse over actual staff, Little compensation for the amount of work they ask of you

Pros

I've worked here for almost a year, and I love my job, and my fellow nursing staff are great and amazing to work with. Being an employee of CMC's parent company CHS, has given me access to some pretty awesome benefits as well.

Cons

Some of upper management seem to only care about themselves. Staffing is horrible right now and we always seem to be short handed. Yet they will not hire any new staff to help with the patient overflow.
