I feel supported by both my leadership and my colleagues, which creates a positive and collaborative work environment. Because many processes involve coordination across multiple departments, delays in one area can occasionally impact overall timelines. Additionally, as much as I feel support from my team and department on land, I can only speak on that. A shipboard career faces its own challenges.
