Doesn't Care About Employees - Supervisor Carter's Employee Review

They go through your belongings before you leave (not only your purse but everything inside it) and shake out your coat (I understand loss-prevention is important but I should be able to carry vagisil wipes to work and not have everyone know about it!), They DO NOT promote from within (I work with two associates who have been there for 3+ years who have never been offered a promotion), The schedules are all over the place, The customers get better discounts than employees, They hire on so many associates that most of them never see more than 10 hours on a paycheck, They communicate things poorly, and employees must sign up at least 70% of customers for the preferred customer program or face disciplinary action!
