Pros

- great projects - good customers - smart and motivated colleagues - interesting product - flexibilty as long as you deliver - could easily have a great future as a company

Cons

- not data driven - too much politics and favoritism for such a small headcount. You have people with good numbers/KPIs being questioned - or let go - while some others who were hired to bring us to the next level are delivering worse than before numbers and nothing happens - below average comp plan but long hours required - CEO is intelligent but not a great leader (lack of people skills and not inspiring) - some managers micro manage way too much

Pros

Maps are really cool and the product was interesting. Remote first.

Cons

The leadership team is lost. The company is 10 years old and struggling to find its sales positioning or growth. Startups need to grow to live….I’m not convinced there is any vision or competitive spirit to win in the space or set their employees up for success. The leadership will blame you, and then ensure you are out the door and take no accountability. This is not a company I would recommend. I would look at the tenure of the senior leaders as a representation of the current state of affairs.
