The leadership team is truly the worst I've ever experienced. Playing favorites, pitting teams against each other, blatant bullying of specific individuals, setting up people to be scapegoats for when their 'brilliant plans' inevitably fail, you name it. The CEO, CMO, and HR seem to despise the North America team, even though it's the 'growth market' investors want them to focus on, and constantly fire and re-hire the majority of the North American team every couple of years. Perhaps it's time to look in the mirror and wonder why North America keeps falling short despite consistently getting rid of the 'bad' apples? Also, extremely low pay compared to every other player in the tech sector. This alone should let prospective employees know how much CARTO leadership truly does not value their employees.
