If double standards, unprofessionalism, and a strong aversion to modernization are strengths, Casey’s is strong! - Maintenance Coordinator/Service Dispatcher Casey's Employee Review

Pros

It can make you realize what a great worker you are when compared to many, many bad employees that surround you.

Cons

Nearly every employee has many years experience and seems disoriented when someone under 30 is described to them as being a coworker. Petty things like sharing a desk space become explosive issues because they are allowed to. Department management seems more interested in how much meat they can consume vs. how many improvements can be made to the operation. From a technical perspective, Casey’s lacks nearly everything except email. Laughable IT. Most workers wouldn’t be able to clock-in without instruction or perform basic functions of Microsoft Office. Everyone sends everyone an email to the point of absurdity. Casey’s indiscriminately pays any bill sent to them - something contractors learned to expect from the company, so Casey’s pays unnecessarily high bills with alarming regularity. There are also a tremendous amount of issues with their fuel equipment regarding fuel contamination so I would HIGHLY recommended never using their gas unless you think poorly of your vehicle.

Pros

Good pay, great hours, everyone is nice.

Cons

They are not able to make temporary accommodations until doctor's notes are provided even if it's something as simple as having a chair at registers, they do have a high turnover over rate but I think that is mostly from the previous people not wanting to do their jobs correctly and couldnt take criticism.
