Pros

Flexible Positions - What you need to do varies by shift, whether kitchen or main store, so be prepared if you stay to learn how to do almost everything in your area. Industry-standard pay rate similar to Walmart.

Cons

No rest breaks at all. Little to no utilization of sparse employee discount. Antiquated, short-sighted corporate policies which impair ability to do a good job and customer service. Management hires very poorly. Schedules are constantly changing and a nightmare. Little to not inter-shift communication. Desperation to keep staff leads to keeping problem employees. For full-timers, expect to work either 6-7 days a week at 5-6 hours per shift or 3-4 days a week @ 10-12 hours per shift. Little to no training, it's all on-the-job and you only learn by accreting knowledge slowly. My general manager personally don't utilize any and all of the standard Casey's cleaning and maintenance practices, leading to harsh chemical overuse, excessive, choking air freshener, and rashes on my hands. Oh, also she throws vital supplies and tools out if she gets upset at a shift to make them suffer.

Pros

Good pay, great hours, everyone is nice.

Cons

They are not able to make temporary accommodations until doctor's notes are provided even if it's something as simple as having a chair at registers, they do have a high turnover over rate but I think that is mostly from the previous people not wanting to do their jobs correctly and couldnt take criticism.
