Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about your experience. I’m happy to hear that our benefit package suits your needs but I cannot help but focus on your concerns about management, communication and it being slow. There is no doubt that our business has peaks and valleys. As a way to combat those issues, instead of sending people home, we prefer to train our employees. In 2020, we spent 90 hours of non-business specific paid training time in an effort to continue to develop our staff. Celerion Richmond is a special place to work and it has everything to do with the great employees who work here. I welcome and opportunity to have a productive conversation regarding your concerns in person to gain a better understanding and look toward solutions. Stephen Carroll - Site Administrator, Richmond

Pros

Serves as a decent place to get baseline industry experience on your resume before moving elsewhere. The direct team leads and peer-level colleagues are understanding and pleasant to work with.

Cons

Client-facing demands combined with aggressive study timelines often lead to heavy workloads and long hours.Resourcing can be tight, meaning PMs frequently have to act as both strategic leaders and administrative coordinators. Quarterly updates are disconnected always touting quarter after quarter/ year after year revenue records while running their staff into burnout with the mentality of less is more or better yet "scalability"
