Pros
Okay work-life balance, work itself is relatively easy.
Cons
I worked here and watched firsthand how little thought goes into decisions that affect both employees and customers. Management piles on work without adjusting headcount or expectations, so you're constantly playing catch-up with no acknowledgment that the workload is unsustainable. Compensation does not come close to matching what's expected of you. The department restructuring was a perfect example of poor leadership operating in a vacuum. Decisions were made with no apparent consideration for how they'd disrupt workflows, employee morale, or the customer experience. It felt like nobody asked the people closest to the work what the consequences would be. On top of that, management here is devoid of any personality. Zero company culture. No warmth, no real communication, no acknowledgment of the human cost of their decisions. Run, don't walk away from working here unless you want to become a zombie.
