Pros

Free coffee and free tea

Cons

Where to start? There are so many horrible things I could say about this company, but I will try my best to keep everything as factual and precise as possible. This company, uses recruiters for a reason. 1) To pay employees low salaries 2) To keep them as temporal employees, so they don't get full benefits. This is why they have such a HIGH TURNOVER RATE. I worked for lash group in the Rockville area and it was absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. The management is horrible, and needs to take management classes themselves. There is very little room for growth, even if you are doing well. There is a lot of gossiping and favoritism between management and team leads. They treat their data entry team as slaves, and many at times force them to do mandatory overtime. People who actually went to college/ or have any level of higher education are viewed as threats to their team ( this pertains specifically to the DE/ program support specialist teams), and management will care very little for their ideas to increase efficiency and effectiveness. The only advice which I can give to people who are considering joining this company is to pray very hard for God's favor because Lash group has a very hostile atmosphere and not a lot of job security. Be watchful of coworkers who have been there for 3+ years, they most likely have formed bonds with management/team leads and if you they don't like you for whatsoever reason, they will fabricate lies and stir gossip which may lead to your termination. 4 out of the 7 people who were apart of my team have left in the last 6 months because of how horrible and draining this company and the management is.. I thank God everyday that I was able to leave this place- I was so sad while I was there.

Cons

This company has made it clear that its employees are not a priority. Over the past several years, there have been repeated layoffs, hiring freezes, and constant cost-cutting, with little regard for the employees left behind or how the remaining work will realistically get done. Many of the decisions don’t make sense. Critical, high-performing employees and essential roles have been eliminated while other positions remain. At the same time, new processes and layers of bureaucracy have been introduced that make even simple tasks take much longer, leaving employees with less time to focus on the work that actually serves clients. I genuinely feel for both the employees who remain and the clients, who ultimately bear the consequences of these decisions. The workload continues to increase while staffing decreases, creating an unsustainable environment. If you’re considering applying here, I’d think carefully. The company has laid off dozens of long-tenured employees—many with decades of service—without hesitation. That sends a clear message about how employee loyalty is valued. What has been especially disappointing is the lack of interest in employee feedback. In all my years here, I was never asked for ideas on how my department or the company could operate more effectively, despite those doing the work often having the best insight into what needs improvement. To make matters worse, 50-hour workweeks have become the expectation rather than the exception. It’s difficult to see continued cuts to the workforce while executive compensation remains high.
