*Competitive pay *No documented weekends *Company pays for extensive travel and depending on employee status travel expenses. *ability to earn a nice bonus IF you are in the right region. *growth opportunity with no education or experience. *Relaxed communication (slang and swearing to a certain degree among staff is acceptable) *opportunity to travel

*Lots of mismanagement of funds *Lots of unnecessary treatments *Lots of duplication of scans to find a reason to provide treatment. *Hostile work atmosphere. Some staff is confrontational and insubordinate. They are rewarded with raises, bonues and incentives. *Not truthful about targets and goals met upon hiring preventing the ability to aquire presnted bonues. *Workplace gossip about employees particularly from individuals in leadership. *Favortism very blatant and if you are not a favorite you are talked about and belittled. *leadership lacks knowledge required and are given roles they are unable to fulfill. *upper management fraternizing with one another makes it difficult to maintain professional boundaries. *Staff harrasesed to post great comments on glassdoor. *Reported concerns of staff verbal and mental abuse are "investigated" no resolve.

My role specifically has great flexibility. I work for a great team, and with people that are easy to get along with. I think we do a good job of focusing on patient outcomes and helping people, and the mission is something that drives me.

Cons

I think there are some metrics in the sales department that are focused on more heavily than outcomes. I understand though because the nature of sales is to improve YOY.
