The budget process involves many more people than the executive sales leadership. Our budgets are based on growth potential, market data and are initially submitted by each department leadership team to the Board and the Executive Team for approval. This is why there is often a delay in publishing. They go through many iterations. We understand that for the sales team these goals represent their ability to earn commissions, so they are carefully reviewed.
