Pros
The benefits are OK, but nowhere where they used to be. Gone are the massages, the relaxation workshops, the company parties. The little things that made working in such a high-stress environment tolerable. Expect to be paid for a day's work.
Cons
Massive corruption, nepotism (there was a manager there that was only around because he was a friend of the CEO, didn't actually do anything. Hence why there are so many openings at the top now). Forget about advancement. Lowballing on salary. Serious compliance issues. Customer Service team that acts like a glorified answering service. Management that seems to exist to be in meetings. Loss of perks. High turnover due to burning out people. Screaming customers. Don't expect any information from the higher ups unless it's about who they're cutting.
