Pros

Direct contact with clients, able to make a positive difference in the day to day life of clients

Cons

Incredibly Disorganized, no institutional support, many “managers” or “supervisors “ but nothing seems to change or get done, a lot of emphasis on looking good but not actually serving clients As best as possible

Pros

Mission is a humane endeavor.

Cons

Treatment of employees is downright awful. If you like drama and no respect between co- workers and management this is the place for you.
