Pros

The clients are great and PTO accrues quickly.

Cons

Management is non-responsive and will fall short. Emails go unanswered when assistance or advice is needed. Supervision is to be weekly but rarely happens. Minimal pay increases while higher ups in company take home 6+ figures annually and contribute little. Other companies in area pay much higher for the same work. All MCFI entities have been moved to wells st location which is poorly monitored. Staff have been car-jacked and cars have been broken into yet management doesn’t have security staffed all day. Upstairs reception is not trained with respect to severe mental health conditions and frequently provoke clients. Environment is not well suited for a mental health clinic.

Pros

1) Working for a nonprofit FEA. 2) We help people with disabilities and their families/loved ones take control of their care, so we keep their records correct and up-to-date.

Cons

1) Salary is low, and turnover seems relatively high (at least lately) 2) Work environment is dirty (our building only gets the trash taken out and 1 bathroom cleaned), and our electricity regularly turns off and on. 3) On a regular basis, workers are expected to take on more and more duties, work overtime, train new people from other departments(!), and do it all without expecting a higher salary.
