Pros

You get joy from doing work that helps those in need and the community. There is lots of room for growth within the organization. Heavy work loads, but it is rewarding. Company gatherings are nice, employee recognition and gift cards for various years of service are given.

Cons

Underpaid employees. No adequate training sessions - it's more learn as you go and learn from your mistakes type of training. Leadership is tight nit and clicky. Leadership tend to have unrealistic expectations at times. Judgmental leadership. Adults in leadership should not be childish.
