Pros

-see a clients growth -helping the client -supervisor was really friendly -Benefits are good

Cons

-Notes -County breathing down your neck -County making rules despite them never seeing clients or progress -The pay is good but for the amount of work we do it should be more. -They add a lot of people to caseload with little to no warning. Sometimes I didn’t even know when I was getting a new client. -When they add a lot clients they get mad when you do not have time for notes even though they throw 6-months and annuals on your lap to also complete with these clients. -TIME they do not give you time for notes. they try to say make a schedule but that is just not reasonable when so many things can change during the time frame. -Very emotionally and mentally draining job -Some coworkers will make fun of you for having emotions especially the ones who have been there for a while. -It got very cliquey towards the end of employment. -You have to be able to meet productivity to work from home even when you do not have a full caseload. -You will be scolded for not meeting productivity even with only 6 clients. -Once you meet productivity once they will expect you to meet productivity every single time. -County is always changing rules sometimes without even telling us and they expect us to magically know.
