Pros
I love working at CentralReach. We have such an amazing team that works so well together, encouraging ideas and supporting each others success. We have the ability to drive change without being quieted or made to feel unimportant, process improvement is always encouraged. As a BCBA, while I may no longer be working in the field with children with Autism, I get to help so many companies streamline their businesses so they can help even more individuals, which is so rewarding. We work hard but we also play hard. There is opportunities to get involved in things outside of your daily responsibilities, which keeps people moving forward.
Cons
We are fast paced and work hard with a high expectation of team members, so the environment is not for everyone, but those that have the same work ethic and drive will do well.
