Pros

I've been a long term employee of CentralReach and have loved working here. It's definitely challenging work so not for those who're just looking for your average 9 - 5. The people are great and everyone is open to offering help and support to those who need it when starting out. If you're self motivated and are looking for challenging work then this is the right place for you.

Cons

You don't get your typical performance reviews so it is difficult to judge at times how you're performing. Work life balance can definitely be affected at times.

Amazing Culture Management is top tier

Cons

Benefits are good, but kind of weird since it Aetna's network via a third-party company named Allied. When it works, awesome, when it doesn't, it's a pain.
