Pros

CentralReach is a great company and is on a path to get even better! We have an awesome product and a passionate team that truly helps our clients makes a difference in the lives of people with Autism. We even have BCBAs on staff and several with doctorate degrees too. We have a fun culture where we get to bring our dogs to work (and have their pictures on our website), have work from home flexibility, and have a new 401k program with company match among other perks. The new CEO is known for building great company cultures, which I'm already starting to see with his choice of new hires, improvements to our benefits, and clear communication on our strategy. We are also growing fast, which opens up new opportunities for promotion and career growth. Just in the past few months, I've seen a huge uptick in the number of positions and internal promotions, which gives me the confidence that I can grow with CentralReach.

Cons

With success comes growing pains, which our CEO and new leadership team have already started to address by investing in people, process, products, and taking care of our customers. That said, I’d rather work hard than the alternative.

Pros

Amazing management and culture. Also really well work/balance balance in the support role

Cons

They have a tight grip on the hybrid options. They allow you to work from home, but there’s a requirement to be in the office a certain number of days, and they track how many times you’ve been in. That’s the worst part of an otherwise great job
