Pros

I've never been at a company that was on such a clear path to success as this one. The leadership team has mapped out all that needs to be done and has taken steps to ensure they are on their way. This is refreshing as most companies will tell you they have a plan but never get it started or start very slowly. Since we have lofty plans, this means we need a lot more people. This has also happened. We're adding people on a weekly basis. The leadership at the top, the executive team, the line managers down to the individual contributor all are in line with the company vision and goals. I love coming into work every day and look forward to the future here.

Cons

I don't really see any downsides. The new leadership team has come in, looked at what needs to be improved and as taken steps at that improvement. If you would have asked me for cons last year I might have given you a few. Since that time, they have either been fixed or way down the line into being fixed. The company is in a great place with little to no downside.

Pros

Amazing management and culture. Also really well work/balance balance in the support role

Cons

They have a tight grip on the hybrid options. They allow you to work from home, but there’s a requirement to be in the office a certain number of days, and they track how many times you’ve been in. That’s the worst part of an otherwise great job
