Pros

- Some teams are awesome to work with, and the company has a lot of talented individuals. - Flexibility and work life balance

Cons

- No career progression in place even though they claim they're supportive and want to build careers. - No guidance in certain departments - Toxicity in the workplace, sometimes there is no buffer between politics (no place is really immune to this, but I just found it to be sort of common place where I was) - no perks, other than PTO and health benefits, they claim snacks and other "goodies" but I've only seen snacks twice in the time I was there.

Pros

Amazing management and culture. Also really well work/balance balance in the support role

Cons

They have a tight grip on the hybrid options. They allow you to work from home, but there’s a requirement to be in the office a certain number of days, and they track how many times you’ve been in. That’s the worst part of an otherwise great job

Significant decline in company culture over time Management has become less supportive and more focused on criticism than coaching Lack of clear guidance, mentorship, and direction Employees often feel disconnected from leadership decisions High turnover, especially among Account Managers and customer-facing teams The company no longer feels like the supportive environment it once was
