Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we always welcome feedback. Employee onboarding is critical for anyone that joins our team, during which we cover an overview of training, our core values, and initiatives to support our employees. Our team organizes online training modules, hands-on learning, and check points with managers to ensure that our new employees are on the right track. We encourage all employees to partner with their manager in the event that they need additional resources, during onboarding and beyond. Our open door policy empowers any employee to reach out to any member of our leadership team for questions or concerns. During this time, we’ve also increased our all-hands company meeting to occur weekly, with all teams hosting daily-standup meetings throughout the week. We wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors and thank you for your contributions during your time with us.

Pros

Amazing Culture Management is top tier

Cons

Benefits are good, but kind of weird since it Aetna's network via a third-party company named Allied. When it works, awesome, when it doesn't, it's a pain.
