We agree that we have a great team of dedicated and caring individuals, but find it disheartening to hear about the perceived lack of trust in senior leadership, disjointed messaging, and your overall experience. Our leadership team makes a consistent effort to communicate the direction of our products and company during both our monthly company meetings as well as individual team meetings held throughout the month. As a former employee, we can only hope that you had worked with your manager to talk through work/life balance and any personnel decisions that were made. Benefits are good, but kind of weird since it Aetna's network via a third-party company named Allied. When it works, awesome, when it doesn't, it's a pain.
