Pros

There are great people at this company who really want and try to make a difference.

Cons

1. There is a disconnect between management/ownership interests and the interests of the mission. 2. Industry experience is not leveraged in the decision-making process for the product. 3. In my experience, intellectual curiosity, deep understanding of the product and clients’ needs, and visionary thinking are not rewarded. You build what sells today, not tomorrow. 4. External appearance matters more than internal appearance.

Pros

Amazing Culture Management is top tier

Cons

Benefits are good, but kind of weird since it Aetna's network via a third-party company named Allied. When it works, awesome, when it doesn't, it's a pain.
