Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I’m sorry you feel that way. As we’ve grown from 80 to 400 employees, we’ve had to adapt and change. How a company operates as a startup won’t usually work for a 400-person company, but what has remained steadfast has been our values. We do care about our employees and the mission we are on to support the autism and IDD community and those that serve them. We wish you the best of luck in your next endeavor.

Pros

Amazing Culture Management is top tier

Cons

Benefits are good, but kind of weird since it Aetna's network via a third-party company named Allied. When it works, awesome, when it doesn't, it's a pain.
